SOUTHWARD & CO CUSTOM FURNITURE
Southward & Co began with the love of timber and a passion to create unique, functional furniture, Our thoughtfully designed and handcrafted pieces, combine traditional craftmanship with contemporary design. Allowing comfort, longevity and quality to be the priority of each piece.
We offer a full design and build service, working with clients and architects to build custom furniture for unique spaces. Our designs are inspired by the lives and stories
of the people we create them for.
All of our furniture is crafted in our Mackay workshop, we choose the use of beautiful Queensland timbers sourced locally and sustainably.
Blair’s love of timber started early in his grandfather’s shed, later training in Launceston Tasmania at the Australian School of Fine Furniture where he was trained by some of Australia’s top craftsmen.
